“Rolfing is a somatic inquiry into the human body’s relationship to gravity” - Juan David Velez
Rolfing is a manual therapy that works with fascial and connective tissue manipulation to bring alignment and functional movement to the body. Rolfers address the body as a whole, balancing the relationships of all of the individual components. As a Rolfer, my goal is to facilitate ease of movement, breath and posture, in all of my clients.

Rolfing is a modality that can help everyone. Whether you’re dealing with an acute injury, have a minor nagging issue, or chronic pain, structural integration can help facilitate ease and comfort.
If you are not dealing with any injuries or pain, but you’re not sure if you are performing to your full potential, Rolfing can help find expansion through the breath, better posture, and efficient, functional movement.

Sessions typically last 75 minutes, starting with an intake conversation, to check in, and then a body analysis. Analyses typically consist of observations of walking, and movement assessments based on your goals. We spend about an hour on the table with hands-on manipulation, and finish with another body analysis.

Wearing clothes that maximize bare skin is ideal but your comfort takes priority! Sports bras, shorts, boxer briefs are all great options. Sheets are used to cover as needed for warmth and comfort.
